Seth Muller Rick

Seth has kept bees since he was a kid — and worked the fog-belt and redwood country of Humboldt County since 1987. This year is his 40th season on the hive. What began as a few hives grew into Humboldt Gold — raw, unfiltered honey gathered from the Avenue of the Giants and poured into the glass bears travelers pull off the highway to find.

His curiosity has carried him around the world — decades of international beekeeping congresses, including Apimondia, the world congress in Ukraine — always bringing the best of it home to the coast.

HOW YOU GET IT

Pickup at the Stand

Order online, then swing by the roadside stand on the Avenue of the Giants. Prepay with Venmo — your total and order number fill in on their own — or just pay when you get here with cash or Venmo.

Reserve your jars and bears online and we'll hold them for you. Pay however you like: prepay online with the secure card link Seth sends when he confirms, or pay on the spot at the stand — card (tap-to-pay) or cash.

🍯 About raw honey

Pure Humboldt County raw honey, labeled by net weight. Natural crystallization isn't spoilage — it's a sign it's real and unheated. Set the jar in warm water to bring it back to liquid gold.

✔️ Terms & freshness

Raw honey from our own Humboldt County hives, labeled by net weight. Food-safety rules mean opened food can't be returned — anything wrong with your jar, tell us at the stand and we'll make it right. Orders are held one week for pickup.
